Cancellation Policy

At June Beauty Lab, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all clients, please review our cancellation policy below.
1. Appointment Cancellations
• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are considered late cancellations.
2. No-Show Policy
• Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be marked as no-shows.
• No-shows may be charged 50%–100% of the service fee or may be required to prepay for future appointments.
3. Late Arrivals
• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled to avoid affecting other clients.
• Full service fees may still apply for late arrivals.
4. Deposits and Prepayments
• Some services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
• Deposits will be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.
• Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given within the required timeframe.
5. Emergencies
• We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises.
• Management reserves the right to waive cancellation fees at our discretion.
6. How to Cancel or Reschedule
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be done through our booking system or by contacting us directly.
• Messages sent outside business hours may be processed on the next business day.
7. Policy Updates
• June Beauty Lab reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
• Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
