Comfort Menu

What comfort options are available during my session?

We want you to feel completely at ease while you’re with us. Complimentary comforts include warm blankets, facial distraction devices, cool compress, and numbing blocks to keep you relaxed throughout your treatment.

For an added layer of comfort, Pronox (laughing gas) is available for $100.

Will I be cold during the session?

We keep the clinic at a comfortable temperature, but if you tend to get chilly when sitting still, we have soft blankets available to keep you warm while we work.

What if I feel faint?

It happens to the best of us. Megan’s anesthesia background means she is expertly trained to handle any physical response to needles or nerves. We have juice, water, and plenty of experience in keeping you steady and safe.

What if I don't like my results?

This is a common fear. Because we specialize in "Natural Aesthetics," we start conservatively. It is much easier to add more than to take away. We schedule follow-up checks to ensure you love your look and feel confident in the outcome.

Is the treatment chair comfortable?

Yes. You won't be perched on a flat exam table. Our treatment chair is adjustable and cushioned so you can remain fully supported, whether you are upright for facial balancing or reclined for a peel.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear whatever makes you feel relaxed. If we are treating your neck or chest—common for microneedling or "NaturalU" body treatments—a button-down shirt or a wide-neck top is helpful for easy access and to avoid messing up your skin afterward.

What if I’m new to aesthetic treatments?

Many of our patients are first-time clients. Our team will walk you through every step so you feel informed, comfortable, and confident in your treatment plan.

What if I change my mind during a treatment?

Your comfort and confidence always come first. If you feel unsure at any point, your provider can pause to discuss options with you.

Will there be downtime?

Downtime varies by treatment. Some procedures require little to no downtime, while others may involve mild redness or swelling for a short period.

What happens after my treatment?

Your provider will review aftercare instructions and answer any questions to ensure you feel prepared for the recovery process.

How long do treatments usually take?

Most appointments last between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the service and consultation time.

Can I bring someone with me?

You’re welcome to bring a guest if it helps you feel more comfortable, though space may be limited depending on the treatment room.

Can I ask questions during my treatment?

Absolutely. We encourage you to ask questions at any time so you feel confident and informed throughout your experience.

What if I feel nervous about my appointment?

Feeling nervous is completely normal. Our providers take time to explain each step and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Can I request numbing before my treatment?

Yes. Numbing options are available for treatments that may cause sensitivity, such as microneedling or injectables.

What can I expect when I arrive?

You’ll be welcomed into a calm, private environment where our team will guide you through your consultation and answer any questions before your treatment begins.

Will my treatment be painful?

Most treatments involve minimal discomfort. Numbing agents, cooling methods, and gentle techniques are used whenever appropriate to keep you comfortable.
